I am eternally grateful!Michelle Dhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14170005122226026954noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7717365648922009719.post-79111782059311892172012-08-12T21:45:31.864-06:002012-08-12T21:45:31.864-06:00Please accept my most sincere apologies for the de...Please accept my most sincere apologies for the delay. My employer's desire to share my writing kind of took me off guard. I am grateful for her enthusiasm, but I do think a few people will give me wide berth in the halls after reading the book. Oh wait...no they won't. Tomorrow is my last day! So, they won't have time to read it before I leave. The books are going to be handed out over cake at my farewell party. It will be a very strange, but happy day, as I'm very ready to move on and spend more time writing.Michelle Dhttp://michelledepaepe.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7717365648922009719.post-67869375864339123062012-08-11T08:02:18.204-06:002012-08-11T08:02:18.204-06:00Yay! Did you think five years ago that you would be at this point?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7717365648922009719.post-1293093562545692582012-08-11T03:08:39.959-06:002012-08-11T03:08:39.959-06:00Ahh Michelle. Lol! I'm jiving you hon! I am very happy that your book has finally become a real and published thing, and I will wait patiently until you can get an authentic hot-off-the-press, first-edition, signed-by-the-author copy coming down my way! Let me know if they ever publish 'Gardener' too; I thought that book was fantastic as well and would happily add it to my library. Write hard, girl, and write well! Love you!
-A

(btw - Sharing your literature with friends/family/coworkers can be weird, in my experience. They all kinda look at you funny afterwards. I don't get that. If Stephen King writes it, it's a bestseller. If I write it, I'm disturbed and need help. Just sayin'. Be ready for any reaction among your office-mates.)Andrew Chttp://www.rivetheadmagazine.comnoreply@blogger.com
